Return & Exchange
We attempt to make sure that each transaction that you have with us is flawless. Hence, we take great care in adhering to the highest quality standards.
Shipping charges will be bare by the customers if the parcel gets return to us because of any customer fault (not picking up call/ incomplete address/ incorrect contact details) and to reship the parcel back, customer is suppose to pay
₹80/-. No excuses will be entertained.
We therefore follow a “no return / exchange” policy.
Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products
We encourage our customers to check the ordered items and quantity in the receipt, before accepting the shipment from the logistic service provider.
If there is any discrepancy found, or damage to the package is noticed, please leave an appropriate comment on the receipt of the logistic service provider before accepting the delivery of the items.
If the item is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been received, please email us on houseofchanderkala@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the items. Your message should contain comprehensive details alongside pictures of the defects/grievances of the item delivered to you. The Customer Support Team shall look into the matter and get in touch with you as soon as possible. They shall get the product corrected at the earliest.
Our Quality Check team will confirm the manufacturing defects, after which our team will email or contact you for the essential action. Please make certain that the product that you return is fresh, unworn and the original tags are undamaged.
Colors
There maybe chances color spread in 1-2 washes but mostly it doesnt happen. We’ve made every effort to show the colours of the products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer screens, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot ensure that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted when the order is placed.
